Cancellation Policy
At Fresh Fleet, we strive to make scheduling easy and hassle-free. Once your booking request is submitted, you can expect a response within 1–2 business days. Appointments are typically scheduled within 7 business days, depending on availability. To secure your booking, a valid payment method is required at the time of confirmation. While no deposit is needed, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the expected service total. If you have specific scheduling needs or fleet requirements, we’re happy to work with you — just reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
